Numerous orchestral albums have been produced that always seem to contain the same old well cherished songs of yesteryear, the evergreen standards that we hear all the time. But what about those beautiful melodies that have forgotten or perhaps just tucked away in our memories.

GO AHEAD RECORDS feel that 'Love Isn't Just For The Young', so we asked Syd Dale who was one the most respected and talented composers and arrangers, to produce a series of albums that would contain some of the melodies that were loved in years gone by together with new compositions that we believe will become the evergreens of tomorrow.

The first three albums in the series were entitled 'Love Isn't Just For The Young' volumes I and II and Where Our Love Began'. We now present for your listening pleasure a continuation of the series with Volume IV 'Once Upon a Summertime'.
